2. Return Eligibility

3. Non-Returnable Items

  2. Include a detailed explanation of the reason for return, along with photos (if applicable).

  3. Our customer service team will respond within 24–48 business hours with instructions and a return address.

  4. Carefully repackage the item and ship it back to the provided address.

Note: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your financial institution.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your vanity set arrives damaged or defective:

  2. Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.

  3. We will offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the severity of the damage.

Please Note: Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for compensation.


7. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Return the original item per the return policy.

  • Once the refund is issued, place a new order for the desired product.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it.

9. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to:

If you received free shipping, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.

11. Furniture Assembly and Returns

If the vanity set has already been assembled or installed, it may not be eligible for a return. Please inspect all pieces upon delivery before assembly begins.


12. Responsibility During Return Shipping

  • breandreaboost is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.


13. Refund Method

Refunds are issued only to the original method of payment. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to alternate accounts.


14. Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe:
