2. How do I place an order?

To place an order:

  2. Click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.

  3. Enter your shipping and billing information.

  4. Choose a payment method and complete your purchase.

  5. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.

3. Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations at this time.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Freight Delivery (for large vanities): 7–12 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Delivery may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.


4. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • A description of the issue

We will evaluate the case and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or repair parts, depending on the circumstances.


5. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all vanity furniture purchased from breandreaboost.shop comes with a 30-day limited store warranty that covers:

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Damaged or missing parts

  • Non-functioning hardware (drawers, LED lighting, etc.)

This warranty does not cover misuse, improper assembly, or wear and tear. Since we are not official brand distributors, original manufacturer warranties (from Benjara, FUFU&GAGA, or Karl home) may not apply.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through:

All transactions are encrypted for security. We do not store or share your payment details.


7. Can I cancel or change my order?

You may request an order cancellation or change within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped.

To request a cancellation or edit:

  • If the item has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return after delivery (see our Return Policy).


8. Do you offer assembly instructions?

Yes. All of our vanity sets come with assembly instructions in the box. If you misplace the instructions or need help:

  • Mention your product name (e.g., FUFU&GAGA 9-Drawer Vanity) and we’ll email you a digital copy

  • You may also receive video guidance upon request for complex pieces

We recommend two people for assembly of large vanities.


9. Can I track my shipment?

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier details.

  • Use the link provided in the email to track your shipment in real-time.

  • If you did not receive tracking information within 5 business days, contact our support team.

For freight deliveries, the carrier may contact you to schedule delivery.
